About Rachel
Rachel Teadora moved to Corvallis, Oregon from Philadelphia in July 2006, where she worked as a certified birth doula (DONA), and a postpartum doula for six years. She completed her Level 1 Birthing From Within training in 2003, and took the Advanced Training in 2005. She has been mentoring childbirth classes since the spring of 2004.
Rachel is currently working as an apprentice midwife with Lisa Lehrer, LM, and studying midwifery through the Midwives College of Utah. She will graduate in August 2010 and take her certification exam in the fall of 2010. Rachel has three children, Lev (6), Arava (4), and Judah (2). When she finds herself with a precious spare moment, she enjoys reading, knitting, sewing, weaving, and gardening.
